Teachers Policies

1. Professional Conduct

  • Confidentiality: Teachers must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to kids and parents
  • Code of Ethics:  Lesson notes or plans with daily reports should be highly considered and taken into effect to keep track of syllabus coverage.

Students are prohibited from wearing slippers on campus. Footwear should be professional and appropriate for an academic environment.

2. Work Hours

  • Standard Working Hours: Teachers are required to work from 7:10 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
  • Punctuality: Arriving after the designated start time or leaving before the designated end time without prior approval will result in a reduction of salary. Time adjustments must be justified and approved by the Headmistress.

3. Time Management

  • Teachers must respect entry and exit timing of the school daily to avoid delays affecting the class.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership and Use: Private classes are compulsory and the teachers are expected to submit a 50% of every money collected for this activity to the institution.

5. Performance Evaluation

  • Regular Reviews: Teachers will undergo regular performance evaluations to assess their effectiveness in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
  • Professional Development: Teachers are encouraged to participate in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Parents Policies

1. Financial Responsibility

    Payment Deadlines: Parents are expected to be aware of and adhere to all payment deadlines to avoid penalties or registration holds.

Fee Structure:

For Nursery   

  • Registration of fee of 5000frs
  • Total fee for Nursery = 90000
  • First installment = 50000 from September to November
  • Second installment = 40000 from January to May
  • DAY CARE = 20000FRS PER MONTH
  • PRE-NURSERY =100, 000FRS
  • First installment = 50000 from September to November
  • Second installment = 50000 from January to May

For Primary

  • Registration fee of 5000frs
  • Total fee of 85000frs
  • First installment = 50000 from September to November
  • Second installment = 35000 from January to May

Admission modalities/ requirements

  • A photocopy of birth certificate
  • Progress report card for a newly recruitment
  • 2 passport size photographs (red back ground)
  • Vaccination card for nursery kids
  • 6 toilet rows
  • 1 realm of papers
  • 5000frs for computer fee
  • Official wear compulsory
  • All kids pay a PTA levee of 2000frs per child.
  • School bus compulsory paid in 2 installments depending on your destination.
  • Private classes are compulsory and the teachers and the school take 50% each from the general payments.
  • 5000frs for Christmas party are compulsory for all kids.

2. Dress Code

  • General Guidelines: Children are expected to wear uniforms on Tuesday and Thursday meanwhile they put on t-shirts and a black trouser on Wednesday with black shoes for all the outfits.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Attendance Requirements For PTA: Teacher – parents conference should take place each semester to talk about the child’s performance, strengths and weaknesses.
